The Arches is a charming single storey barn conversion situated in the quiet hamlet of Waren Mill with views of Budle Bay, which is part of the Lindisfarne National Nature reserve. It is a well-appointed cottage with spacious accommodation, a wood burning stove and large bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Nestled between Lindisfarne and Bamburgh this peaceful getaway makes an ideal holiday location, perfect for exploring Northumbria's unspoilt beaches and magnificent castles. Bamburgh is just a few miles away and has shops, tearoom, restaurants and pubs.

ACCOMMODATION ON ONE LEVEL (Ground)

Living room/dining room with wood burning stove, TV/DVD, dining table and chairs and door to garden.

Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Bedroom with super-king bed.

Bedroom with double bed.

Bedroom with single bed and additional dressing area.

Bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin, WC and under floor heating.

OTHER FACILITIES

Outdoor patio with seating and bay views. Electric night storage heaters. All power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Two bags of logs provided but guests are asked to replace what they use. Private parking for 2 cars. Max 1 dog allowed.
