Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by a large lounge complete with a wood burner, sofas and armchairs, plus a Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen/diner provides all the amenities required for daily living, including an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a dining table with seating for eight. This property features three bedrooms two of which are on ground-floor level and a third bedroom on the upper floor boasting a luxurious en-suite wet room, accessed by a small staircase; one king-size bedroom, one twin bedroom and a further king-size. All of the bedrooms have Smart TV’s with DVD players and Netflix. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath and WC.

The property features a significant amount of outdoor space, with over a quarter of an acre at the rear of the cottage, with stone wall enclosed gardens at both the front and rear of the property, making it safe and secure for both dogs and children.
