This inviting semi-detached barn is one of two properties located on this quaint 14-acre smallholding one mile away from Gwenver in Penwith. Surrounded by rolling Cornish countryside with amazing sea views, everyone will feel at home on this lovely farm. With a footpath to the nearest beach and access to the South West Coast Path you are nicely set-up to explore the most westerly region of mainland Britain. Take a trip to Botallack and St Just to discover the history of tin mining locally, there are industrial remnants scattered throughout the area. Also, stop at the alternative to Land's End called Cape Cornwall – this is where the Atlantic Sea meets the English Channel.

A lovely single storey barn conversion with vaulted ceilings, original beams and oak flooring. The layout is largely open-plan with the lounge/kitchen/diner all occupying the lion's share of the bungalow. In the lounge, you will find a TV/DVD, hi-fi and an electric fire, so relax of an evening on the sofa and catch up on your favourite TV shows. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The bungalow also overlooks a lush paddock, which is home to the farm ducks, hens and ponies – guests are encouraged to make friends with the animals and enjoy the rural idyll.
