A feature window opens onto a large balcony, and the adjacent dining table seats six perfectly. The master bedroom, reached via a spiral staircase from the lounge, boasts a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Downstairs, you’ll find two twin bedrooms tastefully furnished in contemporary cottage style, along with a family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over.

The large furnished balcony off the lounge provides the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while watching boats in the harbour, with spectacular seaside views across the bay toward the Farne Islands. Parking is available for two cars, with one space directly outside the cottage at the top entrance and another at the bottom entrance on the large path within the yellow lines.
