The Caravan is situated on Kensington, a quiet part of the park and it overlooks a beautiful pond (see Pics)

2 x Single rooms each with 2 beds,
The caravan has hard standing parking and full wrap round gated decking.
Main Bathroom has a lovely shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin
Kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, mains gas fan assisted oven and grill, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and all cooking utensils.
There’s a table and with 4 chairs for you to enjoy your meals.
The Lounge area consists of two free standing sofa’s (a 3 seater along with a 2 seater) a 42″ Smart TV and a Electric flame effect fire
