This three-storey Victorian townhouse stands 150 metres from the sand at Crooklets Beach, in the North Cornwall seaside town of Bude, with sea views from its front terrace. Ideal for large families and groups, the property lends itself to an active coastal holiday - with surf at the beach, cycling along the canal, and golf next door. Crooklets Downs - a broad green space separating the house from the beach - gives children room to run and play, while Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club sits adjacent to the property. The town’s canal is quieter territory, with pedal boating along its calm waterway and cycle paths following the towpath. Along the coast, Widemouth Bay presents a wilder, more rugged stretch of shoreline to discover. Back in Bude, Summerleaze Beach adds a natural tidal swimming pool - a second stretch of sand framed by pastel-painted beach huts.

A second bathroom here has a bath and a walk-in shower.

The front terrace overlooks Crooklets bay, with a large dining table seating 12, a sun lounger, and a firepit - a perfect spot for al fresco dining. To the rear, a small stoned garden has a round table and chairs, along with an outdoor bath for rinsing off after a day on the sand.
