Just 1.5 miles away, the vibrant seaside town of Bude is renowned for its excellent surfing, with golden sands, consistent waves and surf schools catering for all abilities. Avid ramblers can head south along the dramatic South West Coast Path towards Widemouth Beach (4 miles), and enjoy the breathtaking cliff-top scenery and coastal wildlife as they go. For days out, history lovers can visit Tintagel (17 miles), steeped in Arthurian legend, or stop for lunch at the charming harbour village of Boscastle, known for its rich maritime past.
Step into a thoughtfully designed surfing pod that brings everyone together under one gently curved roof. Laid out on a single level, the open space feels bright yet snug, making it the perfect base for reconnecting with the great outdoors. Clever insulation and underfloor heating keep things warm and welcoming all year round, and when the weather is kind, the wide glass frontage opens to let the outdoors drift in. You’ll find everything you need for simple meals, including a fridge, a kettle, and an air fryer. At night, sink into the king-size bed, complete with fresh linens, while little adventurers have their own pull-out beds ready for story time and sleep. A short stroll away, the separate wet-room outhouse offers a hot shower and flushing WC.
