Located down a quiet lane in the idyllic Daymer Bay, you can enjoy peace and tranquillity from this superb property. A scenic footpath leads down to the golden beach (0.5 miles) which is backed by sand dunes and provides a sheltered spot for relaxing. Join the South West Coast Path to New Polzeath (1.5 miles) where there are several shops and eateries. The opposite way takes you to Rock (1.5 miles), a chic village situated on the River Camel - you can take to the water on paddle boards, kayaks, or a boat trip to spot the local wildlife including seals and dolphins. Family days out are easy, with Camel Creek Family Adventure Park 13 miles away, and the grand Pencarrow House and Gardens 9 miles away.

This New England-style home is a quaint property adorned with neutral colours throughout and has plenty of space for all to socialise and relax. Step into the grand hallway where you can kick off your walking boots or flip flops. The stylish farmhouse kitchen has an Aga and a cosy breakfast table, so you will have plenty of space to cook up delicious meals. A handy utility room provides a second fridge, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer should you need to do any laundry while away. In addition, there’s a ground-floor cloakroom with a shower. Head through to the adjacent lounge/diner where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light. There is a larger table for eating at here, as well as some comfortable seating set in front of the warming wood burner for relaxing in the evenings. The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor, a striking king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a seating area on the landing where you can get stuck into a good book, plus the other two bedrooms - another king-size and a twin - along with a family bathroom containing a shower and a bath.

Outside, a superb garden has a flagstone patio area complete with seating and a BBQ, alongside a large lawn area lined by mature shrubs and plants. Enjoy al fresco dining in the beautiful Cornish sun. There is private parking for three cars.
