The wide stretch of white sand is 300 metres from the front door, where a trickling river runs down to the shore and the surf rolls in year-round.

The enclosed front garden has a lawn and a decked area with space for al fresco dining. The rear garden has an outdoor dining space with a built-in charcoal BBQ, with an outdoor bar area alongside. A 9.5-metre heated swimming pool is available from April to September (2026), and a private Canadian cedar hot tub is available year-round. A hand-painted mural by local artist frames the space.
