The upper apartment is light and inviting, featuring modern furnishings and a spacious layout, with open-plan living that provides plenty of space to relax after sun-filled days by the surf. Sliding doors from the living area open onto a fabulous balcony with a bistro table and chairs, making it the perfect spot for morning coffees or evening G&TS. The apartment has two large bedrooms furnished with quality beds and linen, along with a family bathroom and a generous kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. Bright and modern, the entire apartment is designed to maximise the stunning views.

The ground floor has its own entrance and opens directly onto a spacious deck, making it an ideal space for entertaining and relaxing. Here, you'll find a hot tub and seating area to enjoy the Cornish sun. Inside, the living space has a 'wow' factor, with a curved, sea-facing wall, large windows, and sliding doors. There are plush sofas, beanbags, and a retro egg chair to get comfortable on, along with a large TV, surround sound system, and an adjoining games room featuring a full-sized pool table – perfect for wet-weather entertainment.

The kitchen is open-plan, with the dining area, and offers more of those stunning views. Equipped with a fantastic range of modern appliances, it's perfect for guests who enjoy cooking during their stay. Four bedrooms (one en-suite) are located off the hallway, each with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. This floor of the home also features a family bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

The village of Mawgan Porth is small and quaint but offers all the essentials guests will need while on holiday, including a supermarket/deli, newsagent, surf shop, and family-friendly pub and bistro. The beach itself offers fine sand and clear water, and the nearby surf school makes taking to the water a breeze, irrespective of age or ability. Rock pools pepper the dune-backed shore while the surrounding cliffs create a dramatic backdrop, and the South West Coastal Path, which meanders all the way to Watergate Bay, is a great way to take in the gorgeous coastal scenery.

Living Room (upstairs)
The light and bright open-plan living area, furnished with a leather corner sofa and TV, has access to the furnished balcony with fantastic sea views over Mawgan Porth Bay. There is a sideboard in this area with a music system and a docking station.

Living Room (downstairs)
This room offers a stunning view of the garden and the sea. It has three sofas, large bean bags, and a funky retro egg chair. The big Smart TV has Freeview and Sky, a soundbar, surround sound and a Bluetooth speaker. Next to the living room is a games room with a full-size pool table.
Kitchen (upstairs)
The well-equipped modern kitchen has an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a range of small appliances, including a toaster, kettle, and microwave. There is plenty of storage and worktop space, part of which doubles as a breakfast bar and stools.

The downstairs kitchen is fabulously equipped, with loads of countertop space and a big breakfast bar with four barstools. There are two ovens and grills, an electric hob, an American-style fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a Sage coffee machine (bean to cup)
