You're in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty here, and there are plenty of scenic walks, coastal and inland, around, while dramatic St Michael's Mount, a castle on an island, is just 10 miles away. For a family-friendly day on the beach, head to Praa Sands, 5.5 miles, and don't miss a trip to popular St Ives, 17 miles, where you'll find five gorgeous beaches and an array of shops and eateries.
