A great house for a holiday any time of year with miles of beautiful coastal path walks in both directions towards Tenby and Pendine. A great place for painters or bird watchers and a very special place for children with beach on your door step. The house has spectacular unbroken sea views from nearly every window. Centrally located for all local attractions with Oakwood adventure park, Heatherton Country sports open all year, horse riding, and clay pigeon shooting, and three golf courses all within a 10 minute drive.

Beach access: Private path and steep steps from the patio to the beach. Care should be taken on the steps.

Heating: Solar central heating and hot water system with under floor heating. Utilities included.

Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.

Guests should note that there is a pedestrian access to a second property, 50 yards further up the hill beyond Sunridge. Guests to this property pass behind Sunridge. However there is no access permitted from this second property to the sides or front of Sunridge and the beach access path is exclusive to Sunridge.
