Only a five-minute drive to the lovely sandy beaches at Mawgan Porth & Watergate Bay, this spacious accommodation is in the major part of a 200-year-old extended cottage and provides an ideal base for a family to explore the dramatic coastline and many attractive beaches on the North Cornish Coast. There is a pub in the hamlet within five five-minute walk.

Mawgan Porth, 1.5 miles has a pub, cafe, surf hire and local store, and for a wider selection of amenities, the resort of Newquay is 5 miles away with many beaches, a zoo, a leisure centre, bowling, a cinema and an aquarium. The famous harbour at Padstow is 9 miles where you can enjoy one of Rick Stein's many eateries, visit the Elizabethan house at Prideaux Place, cycle the Camel trail to Wadebridge or take a ferry across to Rock with access to the beaches at Daymer Bay and Polzeath by foot.

For the water enthusiast, the Extreme Academy at Watergate Bay is a must! There are many golf courses in the area too and the National Trust house Trerice and Lappa Valley Railway are within 6 miles.
