The village features a working fishing harbour and expansive golden sandy beach with pristine, rolling dunes that invite exploration. Nearby attractions include the beauty spot of Holy Island, historic castles at Bamburgh and Alnwick (recognisable to Harry Potter fans), and the remarkable Farne Islands. This well-positioned property accommodates up to six people and serves as a perfect base for both coastal walks and countryside adventures, with access to the Scottish Borders, Durham, and Newcastle-upon-Tyne for memorable day trips. Please note this is a no-dogs property.

Inside, you’ll find welcoming living spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. The cosy lounge features a wood burner-effect gas fire and Smart TV/DVD, perfect for unwinding after days of coastal exploration. The well-appointed kitchen/diner comes equipped with everything needed for cooking up Northumberland feasts, with double patio doors leading directly to the garden. Upstairs, there are three restful bedrooms: two spacious double rooms (one with an en-suite shower room and WC) and a bunk bedroom ideal for children. The family bathroom includes a shower over bath and WC for convenience. For younger guests, a travel cot and highchair are available.

Outside awaits an enclosed patio garden with a table and chairs, offering the perfect spot for quiet morning coffees and al fresco evening meals. Parking is on-street and subject to availability.
