This modern pet-friendly getaway combines sleek interiors with a rural village setting, placing families within easy reach of both the countryside and coast of Norfolk. Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Knapton has the 20-mile Paston Way footpath passing right through it, as well as a charming pub to round off your walk. Blissful beaches, such as Mundesley, Trimingham, Overstrand and Cromer sit within 8 miles, giving you plenty of options for sandy days out. Dock a boat at Stalham (10 miles) or Wroxham (13.5 miles) and take to the waterway of the Norfolk Broads, steeped in nature, wildlife and pauses at pubs and charming villages. If you prefer a historic day out, Blickling Hall (12 miles) is another lovely option for families, with wide parkland and woodland paths offering plenty of space for a scenic picnic.

Via the gravel driveway, make your way up to this delightful holiday cottage, and you will find yourselves in the attractive lounge/kitchen/diner. This tastefully designed room has beautiful herringbone flooring and a large L-shaped sofa that invites you to enjoy a night in front of the TV. Soft-coloured units make up the kitchen space – one side has the coffee machine, kettle, and storage, while the opposite side features your cooking area with oven and hob, plus gorgeous views overlooking the neighbouring fields. This room is finished off with a dining table. Further through, you will find a shower room with WC, plus a sumptuous king-size bedroom with a dressing table, wardrobe, and views across the patio. If you need extra sleeping arrangements, a child's fold-out bed is available and fits easily into the open-plan living space.

Heading outside, you will find a lovely patio area with carefully placed trees that cocoon you and your guests in privacy. Stunning Norfolk countryside surrounds you, which you can enjoy while warming yourselves around the fire pit or firing up the BBQ for dinner. Sun loungers and a dining set are also available. The property boasts private parking for two cars.
