Situated in the popular village of Thornham, this charming holiday home has generous living spaces and bedrooms and boasts a wonderful garden, ideal for a family group of ten. Within the village, you will find a few pubs and several independent shops, so you can grab a bite to eat or have a drink. Set on the Norfolk Coast National Landscape, there are many stunning beaches and miles of coastal paths to enjoy. Holme-next-the-Sea (1.5 miles) has a lovely unspoilt coastline backed by rolling dunes. Visit RSPB Titchwell Marsh (1 mile) and spot the many birds and other wildlife that frequent the area. Enjoy delicious seafood at Brancaster (2.5 miles) or take a boat trip to visit the seals that live on the inlet near here. Inland, you can visit grand properties including the famous Sandringham Estate or Holkham Hall (both 13 miles).

Shake off your walking boots, beach gear, or raincoats in the generous hallway and lead through to the beautiful lounge. Fire up the wood burner and get cosy on the comfortable sofas for a film night. The stylish kitchen is accessed through the dining room and is well-equipped for the chef of the group to create culinary delights. For quick meals the sunny breakfast room is ideal. For longer meals, eat together in the cosy dining room, which also has a wood burner. A handy utility room and a WC are also located on the ground floor, as well as the first of the bedrooms, which is a welcoming bedroom with a zip-and-link king-size bed. A downstairs shower room completes this floor. As the day draws to a close, alight the stairs and find the remaining four bedrooms. There is a lovely king-size with access to the family bathroom. As well as two zip-and-link super-king beds, one of which contains its own en-suite shower room. Finally, a lovely bunk bedroom which is accessed via one of the super-king bedrooms, has an en-suite bathroom and is great for the children of the group.

Outside, the stunning garden wraps around the property. It is fully enclosed and has both a lawn and a patio area. Dine al fresco on the furniture and admire the views of the garden. Private parking is provided for four cars on the driveway.
