Inside, the open-plan living space forms the heart of the home, blending kitchen, dining and relaxation areas in one sociable layout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, from a gas oven and hob to a coffee machine and air fryer, ensuring easy mealtimes between adventures. After a day at the beach, settle into the sitting area with its electric fire, Smart TV and PlayStation 4 - ideal for winding down together or enjoying a family games night.

There are three bedrooms to choose from: two doubles and a twin room with its own Smart TV. A sleek shower room completes the interior, fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Gas central heating keeps things comfortable whatever the weather outside.You can control and adjust the heating with the Apple Homepod and Hive Thermosat.

Step outdoors to a small lawned area with a bench - a great spot for your morning brew or an evening glass of wine while the sun sets. Private parking is provided for one car, and up to three well-behaved pets are welcome to join the adventure.
