Situated in the Terraces area of the park, within close walking distance to the club house and amenities. This static is a 3 bed caravan (35 foot length x 12 foot width) – 1 double bedroom & 2 twin rooms which sleeps 6 comfortably. Pull out double sofa bed in the lounge.

Kitchen includes oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery, utensils and cutlery.

A spacious Lounge area includes fixed sofa seating and a fixed dining table and seats with 2 pouffe stools.

Duvets, pillows, and mattress and pillow protectors are provided. **Linen, towels and tea towels are not provided**

No pets allowed in caravan. No smoking or vaping allowed.

WIFI is available throughout park and clubhouse. Signal is intermittent in caravan.

Lydstep offers its own private beach which includes some water sports and rock pools.

Children’s playground within very close proximity.

Entertainment passes are available at an EXTRA cost from Lydstep Park reception desk.

A fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector & smoke alarm are all fitted for your safety. As owners we have Haven ensure our caravan's electrical sockets, etc. are also regularly PAT tested and the gas boiler is regularly serviced by a Corgi registered heating engineer.
