This clifftop building was originally one of several built in the area to house communication cables when first laid under the Atlantic Ocean. Nowadays Cable Cottage is a very well appointed holiday home with dramatic coastal vistas.
The exceptional location commands superb panoramic sea views across Fishguard Harbour, up towards Dinas Head and beyond over the Irish Sea.
The coastal path can be joined by crossing the farmer's field. This is a perfect base for exploring a selection of towns, villages and beaches, such as St Davids, Porthgain, Whitesands, Newport and Solva Harbour.
