The dining area comfortably seats six, complete with a sofa and LCD flat screen TV to sit and relax.

There is also a shower room on this floor and a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer plus beach equipment including chairs, for guests to enjoy.

On the ground floor, the superb sitting room has bay windows with window seats offering breath-taking sea and beach views plus there is a LCD Flat screen TV with Sky and a wood burning stove-style gas fire. A sliding door opens onto a wonderful balcony and sun deck with infinity windbreak balustrade and wicker-style furniture.

There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with wonderful views of the sea, an immaculate en-suite shower room with a large shower, WC and hand wash basin.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has stunning sea views and a vaulted, beamed ceiling plus a comfortable king-size bed plus a large en-suite shower room that has a double size shower, WC and hand wash basin.

There is a beautiful twin bedroom with two single beds, with glorious sea views, and a stylish en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower, WC and hand wash basin. All linen and towels are provided.

Outside of the property a carport provides covered parking with direct access to the kitchen for unloading - there is a 2.05m clearance for large cars. To the rear is a small courtyard garden.
