Nestled in the heart of the idyllic Sandsend valley, this charming hillside cottage offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature's finest. The approach is enchanting-cross a quaint wooden footbridge over the gentle beck, where the water babbles softly beneath, and follow the gently rising steps that lead you to the cottage's welcoming entrance.

The cottage has an entrance porch, a lovely sitting room with a window seat and superb views, a flat screen TV and gas gas-fired stove.

There is a charming kitchen/dining area with granite tops electric oven and hob, a microwave and fridge freezer, plus a dining area with seating and views over the rear garden and a cloakroom/WC.

On the first floor is a smart double bedroom with a double bed, stunning views across the Valley, and a shower room tiled in natural stone, with a shower, WC and hand wash basin.
All bed linen is provided, along with towels and tea towels. We do not however, provide Beach Towels.

There are sloping gardens to the front with two seating areas, apple trees, and a delightful private rear garden with colourful borders, a terrace, quality furniture and an electric BBQ.
