The town has a wealth of independent shops and a fine selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs, all within 100 metres of the cottage. Enjoy the beach and coastal walks as well as a variety of water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. Take a trip to Whitstable Castle, a bike ride along the seafront, or follow the Crab and Winkle Way along the coast to Canterbury (7.5 miles), home of the country's oldest cathedral and the perfect place to enjoy some history and culture.

The front door of this beautifully refurbished property opens into the comfortably furnished lounge, that features a three-seater sofa and two armchairs arranged around a warming wood burner-effect gas fire, a Smart TV, and a window seat. From the lounge, head through to the light and airy kitchen/diner that offers a large dining table with seating and a Smart TV with Now entertainment package. There's a Bluetooth speaker for enjoying a spot of music over dinner, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need for whipping up a delicious meal, including an electric double oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and microwave/grill. Beyond the kitchen is a cloakroom with WC, and completing the ground floor is the family bathroom which features a shower over the bath, WC and a Roberts Radio. Heading up to the first floor, there are two large bedrooms: a super-king-size with a Smart TV with Now entertainment package, and a king-size zip-and-link that can be made into a 2ft 6" twin on request.
