Located in a new village development, this property is just a few minutes' walk from miles of soft golden sand at Camber Sands beach. Here guests can take long strolls, swim in the sea or even try the water sports on offer. Rye, an ancient cobbled street town, is just three miles away from the property and boasts plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops to browse throughout your stay.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. At one end you will find the contemporary kitchen, which has been decorated in a shaker style with pale cabinets, wooden worktops and a pretty window blind. Here you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a separate room with a washer/dryer and separate ground floor WC. Once you have finished preparing your meals, head to the oak dining table, which seats four people, before retiring to the inviting lounge. This is a cosy space for relaxing in front of a film or enjoying a good book on the comfortable sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and matching bedside cabinets, while the double bedroom has been given a splash of colour through stylish cabinets. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside at the front, there is a small area with an ornate table and chairs to enjoy a quite moment in. Opposite the front door, you’ll find a secluded pebbled area shared by five properties. This charming spot is perfect for enjoying afternoon tea or an evening drink while soaking up the last rays of sunshine.
