This contemporary second-floor apartment sits on the Pentire Headland in Newquay, with panoramic sea views stretching across Fistral Beach and out over the Atlantic. Well-suited to surfers, couples, and small families looking for an active coastal break, the beach is just 150 metres across the road. Fistral Beach is world-famous for its surf and spirited atmosphere, and the cliff-top path from the headland leads across to Little Fistral (1 mile on foot) and its surrounding coves, where sand and shingle spill out between barnacle-dotted rock pools - a quieter stretch of coastline well away from the bustle of the main bay. Newquay’s historic Huer’s Hut (1 mile) perches further along the headland, marking the start of a coastal route that winds past the town’s seven beaches. Further afield, both Watergate Bay (5 miles) and Perranporth (9 miles) are accessible by car, offering rolling surf, a selection of restaurants, and independent shops to browse.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining space is bright and sociable, with a five-seater corner sofa, coffee table, Smart TV, and Bluetooth soundbar in the sitting area, and an oak dining table with seating for six alongside.
