This charming 2 bedroom property is situated over 3 floors and sleeps 4 with 2 spacious bedrooms. It has a modern, well designed and wonderfully cosy open plan kitchen/diner/living area where you can relax in front of the remote control gas fire with a glass of wine after a glorious day exploring the many hidden treasures that Dartmouth has to offer. The first floor features a conveniently placed bathroom with sizeable shower as well as the spacious twin bedroom. The Master Bedroom is situated on the top floor and boasts views stretching across Dartmouth’s sparkling townscape. The Little White House is the perfect family getaway which offers privacy in abundance but with the added benefit of stepping out of the door into this beautiful town on the River Dart.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Brixham Pirate Festival, Devon County Show.

Parking A parking permit is provided for all year round use on the Mayor Avenue car park on a first come first serve basis, only a short walk away.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. Gas central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Notes – No Smoking. The Little White House is not suitable for toddlers due to steep stairs. Wifi provided. Mobile signal good. Restricted headroom in Master Bedroom. Property is in a pedestrian street with steps. There are steep steps leading up to the property.
