For those who want to explore a bit further afield there is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property, including The Big Sheep, the historic harbour town of Bideford and the pretty fishing village of Appledore.

On arrival take a moment to admire the spectacular views on offer of Westward Ho! beach. The property is accessed via the rear conservatory door which leads into the light and airy kitchen/breakfast room. Which is truly the perfect backdrop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Next door is the utility room which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate shower room with shower and WC. Following on through the property you will enter the fabulous lounge area which offers a large window allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the TV. The dining room offers a table with seating for up to four guests. After a long day of exploring, head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a spacious double room which boasts remarkable sea views and a light and airy twin room.
