The Cubbyhole

The Cubbyhole is a beautiful little sanctuary, full of character and nestled in the heart of Looe, tucked away in a quiet residential street and yet just a few steps from the sea, shops and restaurants all within a short, level walk. The scenic South West Coastal Path runs through Looe and the walk to the history fishing village of Polperro is highly recommended. 

Whether you’re planning lazy beach days, fresh seafood dinners or coastal adventures, this welcoming cottage offers a warm and cosy home from home.

Outside

No private outside space, but there is a small bistro table and chairs outside the front door.

Parking

No designated parking, however vehicular access is fairly close to the property for unloading. Parking available at the Millpool Car Park which is approx. 10 minutes’ walk, and a weekly ticket ia approx. £30.

Ground floor –

Modern kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dining space with 4 stools.
Cosy lounge with log burning gas effect stove, two leather sofas, flat screen TV with Freesat, DVD player, and a selection of board games.

Stairs from the kitchen to second floor – 

Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, flat screen TV, flame effect stove, wash basin and small en-suite WC. 
Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, wash basin and small en-suite shower room with electric shower and WC.

Please note: There is only one shower room, which is accessed via the twin bedroom. 
There is a small landing outside of the bedroom doors, but there is a wall mounted, pull out stair gate at the top of the stairs if required for younger children.
