Parking

One reserved parking space in the beach car park for medium sized cars. Larger or additional cars can park at the Millpool car park, which is approx. 10 minutes’ walk.

Gully’s bedroom: A spacious and light dual-aspect bedroom overlooking Looe river with a king size bed.

En-suite shower room with large rainfall shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Mackerel bedroom: This attractive bedroom overlooks the Looe River from a luxurious super king size bed.

Spratt’s bedroom: With a 4’6 double bed.

Living / Dining area: A vast and stunning open-plan room (40ft x 30ft), floored in solid oak and with two sets of double doors opening on to Juliet balconies overlooking Looe River and the harbour. The ceiling is vaulted with extensive exposed beams. Furnished with a vast L shaped sofa that seats 8-10 comfortably, leather armchairs, and a large dining table to seat ten guests. There is a regulation size pool table, table football table, a stunning media wall with 65″ flat screen smart TV with sound bar and sub woofer, full Sky TV package including sports & cinema with access to all the usual streaming services, so the whole family will be kept entertained whatever the weather! 

Open plan kitchen: New in 2026, the kitchen is separated by a large stone topped bar with seating for 6. The kitchen has a pair of electric ovens, large American style fridge freezer with ice maker, and integrated dishwasher. Accessed from here is the Larder where you will find additional glasses, a microwave oven, a double Ninja air fryer, and a “Nespresso” Krups coffee machine with milk frother. The kitchen is very well equipped for keen cooks and has everything you could possibly need to keep a large party of guests well fed. 

Mezzanine den: Open tread staircase leading to a work space with desk, printer and two PC screens along with USB ports, and two bean bags.
