Guests also have the convenience of a wet room with shower and a separate cloakroom with toilet and basin, making the facilities more accessible for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Please note: the living room is also on the ground floor but reached via 4 internal steps. The first floor boasts a super king size room along with a king size bedroom also with sea views and a twin room. Finishing off the bedrooms on the second floor there are two additional twin rooms, providing ample space for a peaceful night’s rest. Freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom with a luxurious bath and overhead shower or choose the convenience of the shower room with a walk-in shower. Additional cloakrooms can also be found on the first and second floors so making for 4 toilets in the home. The heart of the home lies in the kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals to enjoy in the dining room. Afterward, relax together in the spacious living room, with large sofas big enough for everyone and a cosy log burner to gather around. From the conservatory you can soak up the sea views, or enjoy the games provided, including table football. Outside, the property offers enclosed gardens at the front and rear, along with a private driveway for up to 4 cars. The rear garden is tiered, while the front garden features benches, the perfect spot for a morning coffee, lunch or evening drink. Please note, the front garden wall has some low parts, so pets may need supervision. Locally, Hendre Hall can be found just 0.4 miles away hosting a farm shop and a café/bar. In addition to Hendre Hall, there is a pub and a shop in the village half a mile away to stock up on the essentials and imbibe in a glass of something cold and refreshing.
