Including a 1.2 mile beautiful walk into St Ives. Alternatively jump onto the nearby scenic train which will have you reach the thriving fishing town of St Ives within 5 minutes. Carbis Bay Station also connects to Cornwall's wider mainline train network. In St Ives, admire a stunning collection of modern art at the Tate St Ives or try your hand at a range of watersports, including surfing and paddle boarding, from the popular spot of Porthmeor Beach. Art lovers. History buffs and Shoppers may prefer to while away the day in town, whilst foodies are guaranteed to be spoilt for choice with local delicacies served at a vast array of restaurants. Journey from the picturesque harbour to Seal Island, the perfect place to spot an abundance of wildlife and birdlife. Embark on journeys along the South West Coast Pathway where you can bask in glorious views of the coastline and magical bays. Further afield, discover Kynance Cove, St Michael’s Mount, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre, Paradise Park,The Eden Project or the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
