The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the main living space in the cottage and is a spacious, light-filled room affording views across the garden and the farmland beyond. The lounge area offers plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the Smart TV, whilst the kitchen area with its breakfast bar, is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The recently fitted French doors allows direct access to the shared garden from the lounge/kitchen/diner. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both of which have beds which sit under skylight windows. The first of these is a double room, whilst the other is a pleasant twin room which has a TV. The shower room offers a corner shower cubicle and WC, whilst a separate WC can be found on the ground floor.

Outside, there is a generously sized shared enclosed garden to the side and rear of the property, which is mainly set to lawn and has garden furniture and a BBQ provided helping guests to make the most of this relaxing space.
