A stylish coastal lodge for up to four in a resort setting on the Paignton coastline, this is a relaxed base for families or friends who want sea views and on-site amenities. Make the most of the on-site shop, entertainment, and places to eat at the neighbouring holiday parks, then plan days at Goodrington Sands (1.5 miles) and Paignton Beach (2.5 miles). For family attractions close by, meet the animals at Paignton Zoo (2.5 miles) or make a splash at Splashdown Quaywest (1.5 miles). Heritage rail fans can ride the Dartmouth Steam Railway (6.5 miles), while boat trips and fish suppers await in Brixham (4.5 miles).

Step inside to an inviting open-plan living space designed for easy holiday time together. Settle into the lounge area and take in the panoramic sea outlook, or switch on the wood burner-effect fire for a cosy evening after a day on the sand. The dining area sits beside sliding patio doors, drawing in natural light and opening to the deck for effortless indoor–outdoor flow. The adjacent kitchen zone is thoughtfully arranged so the cook stays part of the conversation. Two bedrooms provide calm, comfortable rest: a king-size room with an en-suite shower room that features a marble-effect wet wall for quick freshen-ups between beach visits, and a twin that's ideal for children or friends. A family bathroom features a full-size bath for long soaks.

Outside, you'll find two separate seating areas to follow the sun throughout the day, including a private deck with a hot tub positioned to make the most of the sea views. Guests also have access to shared facilities at the neighbouring holiday parks, including indoor and outdoor pools, evening entertainment, play areas and mini golf; activities and entertainment typically run during the February half term, and April to October – schedules may vary. Entertainment and swimming passes are included, subject to venue opening times.

No allocated parking space, but plenty of available parking near the lodges.
