Near to both Lymington and Sway, Pennington is a fantastic base giving easy access to its spectacular countryside surrounds. Enjoy days spent walking and cycling, with many routes passing popular country pubs where you can rest a while. Or take a trip to nearby Lymington and explore the bustling harbour and pretty cobbled streets, which play host to a popular market held on a Saturday. With plenty of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops on offer there is something for everyone here. If lazy days on the beach are more your style, take a trip to the sandy shores at Mudeford or Christchurch.

From the gravelled parking area, a path leads you to the private entrance into this detached single storey property. Once inside you will find a spacious open plan, well-equipped kitchenette/lounge/diner. With bi-fold doors onto the decking on two sides, this bright and airy room is the ideal spot in which to relax after a long walk in the nearby forest and offers a Smart TV with Netflix and DVD. Heading past the kitchenette you will find a well-appointed shower room, with shower and WC and an inviting king-sized bedroom with views over the private garden. A utility area in the bedroom houses a washing machine.

Heading outside you will find a decked area with garden furniture and BBQ wrapping around the property on two sides. There is also the added luxury of a hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring. Ideally positioned to make the most of any sunshine it's the perfect space to enjoy breakfast, or perhaps drinks in the evening. To the front of the property is a gravel parking area.
