Parracombe Beach Stay
Situated between Parracombe and Combe Martin, Parracombe boasts a traditional pub and friendly village shop while Combe Martin has a small beach and a selection of shops and eateries. Venturing further afield, are the sandy beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe famous for their surf. Visit the historic villages of Lynton and Lynmouth and take a ride on the famous cliff railway. Local family attractions include Watermouth Castle, The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Exmoor Zoo. For those looking to stay closer to home, there is a horse riding stables close by and there are public foot and cycle paths almost directly from the property. For nature lovers, it's the perfect setting for red deer, buzzards, bats and owls.
On entering the single storey property, which is situated next to the owner’s property, step into the comfortable and cosy lounge through the patio doors. The lounge has a smart TV/DVD to relax in front of after a day exploring the local area, a sofa bed, wood burner effect electric fire and also has little added extras for your four-legged friend, such as dog fleeces, blankets and towels. Head through to the spacious kitchen/diner which is bright and airy and well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, the dining area comfortably seats four. There are two inviting bedrooms a double, which leads through to a single. There is a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside, there is a fully enclosed and dog secure garden with gravelled and lawned areas with has garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ (provide own charcoal).
The adjacent fields are sometimes home to the owners horses, goats, sheep and ducks.
Dry shed storage is also available on request, perfect for surfboards, bikes, roof racks etc.
