This property is situated in a peaceful residential area close to the popular market town of Bideford. A short stroll along the riverside will bring you to the centre of town, where you will find a choice of shops and pubs as well as a pannier market. A short drive takes you to the seaside resort of Westward Ho! where 2 miles of sandy beach and an array of seaside attractions provide endless entertainment for all ages. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for with the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail within easy reach, both offering spectacular sea views. Other nearby attractions include Croyde, Woolacombe, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. The property's location also makes it the perfect base to explore the surrounding areas, with quick access to the link road and easy connections to local attractions.
