In Kingsand, opposite the beach slipway, a handsome, Grade II listed, Georgian house on three levels with splendid out-to-sea views. A huge amount of work and restoration has transformed it into a lovely, spacious home, with its quirky origins cleverly dovetailed with 21st cent. comfort. A wonderful house for extended families. Some low door lintels – tall people beware! From lane through the little porch to a hall with Victorian tiled floor; living room with wood-burning stove, and sea view; at the back, generous kitchen with dining table and chairs glazed doors to courtyard and, at the far end, a comfy sofa, and door to teeny outdoor area and utility shed.
