A great choice for keen walkers, there are plenty of routes to be found from the doorstep, including a good stroll into nearby Marazion for a hearty pub lunch or to browse the art galleries and independent shops. Jump in the car to reach Hayle's golden sandy beach, perfect for surfers, or nip across the bay to St Ives for a spot of retail therapy.

Spread across the ground floor, the accommodation is spacious and open-plan. The kitchen area is contemporary and bright, with wooden flooring, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table to seat four. At the other end of the room is the cosy lounge area, which has exposed ceiling beams, a carpet and comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. This is an inviting space in which to unwind after a long day of exploring and make the most of the Smart TV/DVD and hi-fi available. Next door, the en-suite king-size bedroom is spacious and bright with a large window flooding the room with natural light and providing pretty views of the garden.

Outside, there is a beautiful enclosed garden with a large lawn and furniture, perfect for enjoying an al fresco BBQ while the dogs make the most of the outdoor space.
