There is parking for two cars and a small courtyard to the rear.  This property is a great place for those that enjoy a quieter pace on holiday, whilst also being well located for exploring the wonders of Cornwall.

Doors off to both bedrooms, shower room, kitchen and lounge.

Fireplace with modern multi fuel burner, two sofas, coffee table, large Freeview TV, DVD player, sliding glazed doors which leads through to the conservatory.

Conservatory/dining room, with table and four chairs plus a side board, French windows to outside picnic table.

Kitchen:
Inset stainless steel Induction hob, electric stainless steel oven under. Washing machine and dishwasher, radio large storage cupboards. Freestanding fridge/freezer and oil central heating boiler. Back door providing access to the rear courtyard.

Bedroom 1:
Two single 3ft beds, bedside tables and lamps, two wardrobes and small TV.

Bedroom 2:
Double 4ft 6in bed, with large wardrobe, bed side tables with drawers and lamps.

Family shower room:
Large double walk in shower cubicle with glass bi-fold shower door. Wash hand basin with storage under and WC.  Radiator.

Outside:
Front of the property a large driveway and side patio with block paving and provides ample parking.
Pathways to either side of the property leads around to the rear enclosed gated courtyard.  
An outside water tap, storage shed and drying area.
