This gorgeous period property is set over three storeys and boasts six varied bedrooms to suit large families or groups of friends. It's located in the heart of Morfa Nefyn, a charming coastal village on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, home to pubs, places to eat and a handy shop. Within half a mile, you can reach a 2-mile-long, sheltered, sandy beach that's popular for water sports and family fun, and boasts a wonderful beachfront pub (1 mile). The local golf club is also less than a mile away. Take the coast path for stunning views (on a clear day you can see Anglesey); the village of Nefyn is just 1.5 miles away and has further amenities. Pwllheli (7 miles) and Abersoch (11 miles) are also within easy reach, and the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) is around 20 miles away.

Take two steps up and head into the hallway of this imposing, semi-detached retreat. Hang coats in the hallway, with beautiful Victorian encaustic tiles lining the floor, before heading into the kitchen/diner at the front of the property. Here you'll have a fabulous kitchen with an American-style fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar seating five. In the bay window sits a generous dining table for eight, which can be extended, with additional seats provided. The separate lounge offers further comfort, with soft sofas and a Sky Glass TV, ideal for movie nights and catching up with a must-see box set. A shower room completes the ground floor. The family bathroom is on the first floor, offering the chance of either a refreshing shower or a long soak after a day on the beach. Also on this level are four charming bedrooms - two doubles, a king-size with a TV, and a small double (with a 4'3" bed). The games room on this level offers the chance to let off steam and test your skills. The remaining two bedrooms are on the top floor: a super-king-size bedroom that features an additional single bed, and a small single room. They are tucked under the eaves and have some areas of low, sloping ceiling. All the bedrooms have been designed so everyone has a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a memorable day by the sea.

Enjoy morning coffee in the front garden with feature planting or relax in the back garden where there is a deck with artificial grass, furniture and a BBQ for a spot of al fresco dining. There is private parking for one car at the front, and two cars at the back of the house. Store canoes and paddleboards in the garden, and bikes and golf clubs in the lockable shed.
