Just 4 miles away, the charming village of St Agnes invites you to explore its golden beaches, tucked-away coves and tempting selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants. Further afield, the cathedral city of Truro provides a wider choice of shops, while Perranporth and Portreath (both within 9 miles) are ideal for classic beach days. It's also worth spending a day in gorgeous St Ives (19.5 miles), famous for its picturesque harbour and art scene.

On arrival at this sweet terraced property, step through the front door into an inner hallway, then head right into the bright, open-plan living area. This sociable space comprises a lounge, kitchen and diner – perfect for spending quality time together. It has comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV and a cheerful, well-designed kitchen area complete with a breakfast bar and wooden dining table for sharing relaxed meals. Large bifold doors open up the entire space, so you can allow in plenty of natural light. When it's time to turn in, head upstairs to the two bedrooms – one king-size and one twin (which can be made up as a super-king on request) – plus family bathroom featuring a separate shower and WC.

Outside, the enclosed garden is set over different levels to make the most of its elevated position. Take meals outside to the patio terrace, which has seating and a gas BBQ so you can sizzle up tasty feasts. Steps lead up to a raised lawn and a further decking area tucked behind the shed. From here, you can catch glimpses of the sea and check the day's surf before heading out. The property has private driveway parking for two cars.
