Also within 10 miles you'll find the picturesque coves and the quaint fishing villages of Clovelly, Instow and Appledore. Alternatively, head down the A39 and into Cornwall where Bude, 20 miles away, offers a choice of beautiful beaches. Walkers are also well catered for with the South West Coast Path, Tarka Trail and Exmoor all within a 25-mile radius.

This lovely, sheltered spot is the perfect place to dine alfresco in warm weather; alternatively, there is a secondary patio area to the front of the property where you can enjoy views across the surrounding countryside. An additional large lawned area is also available opposite the property for dogs. Private off-road parking for one car is provided directly outside.
