Ground Floor: Open plan room including Lounge area with Smart TV, DVD player, CD player hi-fi and feature fireplace. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. First Floor: Front bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed & glimpses of the sea including Godrevy Lighthouse. Back bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc. Second/Attic Floor: Bedroom only suitable for children as it incorporates the eaves (6ft 3in at the apex only) with 2 x 3ft pine beds, velux window looking towards Porthmeor and a dormer window with distant views towards St Ives Bay.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
