Just a short distance away from this property you will find the quaint cliff side village of Clovelly, with its winding cobbled streets and the harbour where you will find pubs, shops and restaurants. Ideally positioned for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall, the South West Coast Path famous for its spectacular walking environment and wide choice of excellent beaches and coves to explore and enjoy. For the more active there are excellent surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton. The fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets and quaint harbour, is close by as are the villages of Hartland (offering some of the most spectacular coastal views in the British Isles) and Woolsery with shops and village pubs. Local attractions include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Alternatively, why not sit in the garden and relax in the hot tub whilst overlooking the surrounding countryside. The property is a two storey barn conversion furnished and equipped to a high standard, with far reaching coastal and countryside views.

Outside the property you will find a decked area and patio/garden area with hot tub, seating and a charcoal BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining with all the family after a day of exploring the beautiful Devon coastline.
