Enjoy walks from the doorstep, including direct access to the South West Coast Path which has over 250 miles of walks to be explored. Take a trip down into Lyme Regis and explore the pretty cobbled streets, which offer a great selection of shops, cafes, galleries and the highly rated Marine Theatre. Lyme Regis hosts a wealth of traditional summer festivities, for example; July and August see it’s spectacular Fireworks Display at the Cobb, The Torchlight Procession, Sommers Day Parade, Lifeboat week and the Regatta. Furthermore, being right on the bus route there is always the option of a bus trip back! Being only minutes from a choice of beaches and the Devon border, you are sure to find plenty to do here whatever the weather.

Inside, the open-plan property maximises the use of space with a cosy lounge/diner/bedroom, offering spots for reading on the sofa, enjoying light breakfasts or recharging your batteries. A handy kitchen adjoins the main room, and there is a separate shower room too. This studio apartment has a heat pump heating/cooling system. When the day is done a double bed ensures a good night's sleep.

Outside, the open terrace has unrivalled views of your surroundings, and you are welcome to explore the extensive shared grounds. Lyme Regis Golf Club, with it’s magnificent views, is located a short walk on the coast path (or alternatively by car). The golf club is open to non-members with affordable green fees. It’s restaurant is available to both golfers and visitors. Laundry facilities are available for a small charge on-site, and free parking for one car. Please note, access to the property is either down a set of outside stairs to the small courtyard or via a long flat path.
