Outside this Cork cottage, the patio, accessed by French doors from the living area, is a great place to wine and dine, while enjoying the spectacular views. There is a horse riding stable just 3 miles from this Cork cottage and many art galleries dotted around the rugged landscape. The Dzogchen Beara Retreat Centre run by a worldwide Tibetan Buddhist organisation is not far away and is well worth a visit. Nearby, the Beara Peninsula has wonderful scenery, great beaches and fantastic walks, including the 121 mile Ring of Beara, so for an enjoyable Irish holiday, with exciting activities and lots to see, this Cork cottage is a great base.
