The property lies in the heart of Mumbles, a thriving seaside resort with a wealth of great places to eat and drink within easy reach, alongside a beautiful sandy beach. Heading east along the bay, the popular city of Swansea (4.5 miles) has a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and independent shops, with attractions including the National Waterfront Museum, Swansea Stadium, Plantasia and Swansea Botanical Gardens. To the west, the Gower Peninsula has a variety of glorious beaches including Three Cliffs Bay, Caswell Bay and Rhosilli Bay, alongside landmarks including Culver Hole, Weobley Castle and King Arthur's Stone Dolmen, all within 16 miles.

A flight of external stone steps leads up to the entrance of this stunning hideaway, where you will be greeted by a welcoming hallway leading through to the gorgeous main living areas. There are two cosy, tastefully decorated lounges, each with sumptuous seating and a Smart TV, allowing everyone to settle back and relax in peace. A further TV and plush seating can be found in the stylishly presented and elegantly arranged open-plan kitchen/diner with a sleek central island, a charming main dining table and ample equipment for preparing a meal for a special occasion. The ground floor also features a beautiful shower room and a lovely double bedroom as well as a handy utility room. Heading upstairs, you will find a light and beautifully presented family bathroom and the three remaining bedrooms: one delightful super-king-size and two cosy doubles (one with a handy additional single bed), all decorated in tasteful, soothing shades. One of the bedrooms hosts an elegant en-suite free-standing bath and a generous shower cubicle.

From the kitchen/diner, sliding doors lead out into the beautiful multi-level back garden which is enclosed and makes an ideal spot for spending a lazy summer afternoon.
