Step into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, with a high apex ceiling and large Victorian skylight. Relax in comfortable leather furnishings and enjoy all the modern conveniences, including a range-style cooker and a Smart TV. A small side room provides peaceful privacy, and an additional lounge, down some steps, offers a versatile day bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. When day turns to night, there are two gorgeous bedrooms to choose from, a twin with zip-and-link beds that can be converted into a king-size on request, and a master with a beautiful carved wooden king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony offering magnificent sea views. Enjoy stunning views of the Exmoor National Park coastline as you take a ride on Lynton's water-powered cliff railway (1 mile), or explore on foot with the Tarka Trail and South West Coast Path running through the local area. Visit Watersmeet House (2.5 miles), or head to the Valley of the Rocks (1 mile) for some of the highest cliffs in Britain. Woolacombe Beach (21 miles) offers a vast stretch of golden sands, and Ilfracombe with its galleries, shops and eateries, is less than 20 miles away.
