Overlooking the harbour along the River Esk, you'll be treated to views of the striking life-size replica of Captain Cook's HMS Endeavour right from your window.

Accessed via a shared entrance hall with a staircase or lift, the apartment sits on the second floor. Step inside to find a bright and airy hallway with plenty of space for coats and shoes before heading into the stylish open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. This sociable space is designed for comfort, with large windows overlooking superb harbour views, a cosy seating area with a Smart TV, and a dining table for relaxed meals together. The well-equipped kitchen is neatly tucked to the rear, providing everything you need for effortless self-catering. When it's time to rest, choose between two cheerful, tastefully decorated bedrooms: a charming double and a twin room. The apartment also features a light and airy family bathroom. Although there's no private outdoor space, you're well placed to enjoy scenic strolls along the harbour, riverside, and beach, with a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants, and cafes nearby and parking in public car parks (300 metres).

Step outside and onto Whitby's bustling streets with independent shops and traditional fish and chip restaurants. A 350-metre stroll takes you to Pannett Park, a lovely green space with a museum and playground. On the eastern side of the river, climb the famous 199 Steps to the atmospheric ruins of Whitby Abbey. Spend the day at the beach, or If you fancy venturing further afield, the coastal village of Robin Hood's Bay is 6 miles away, while the breathtaking landscapes of the North York Moors are easily accessible via the nearby train station 400 metres from your door.
