Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at the Royal North Devon Golf Club (2.5 miles). Discover the fishing village of Appledore (4 miles) with its picturesque quayside, or visit the attractive harbour town of Bideford (3 miles). The area is well-placed for exploring a variety of renowned beaches, including Instow (5 miles) and Saunton Sands (17.5 miles). Local attractions include The Big Sheep (1.5 miles), The Milky Way (8.5 miles), and the historic cobbled streets of Clovelly (11 miles).

The kitchen and dining area form the heart of the home, featuring a spacious dining table and a large kitchen island. Additional bi-fold doors lead out to the decking, enhancing the light and airy atmosphere throughout. To the rear of the property are three bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room located within the dressing area, and a sumptuous super-king-size bed. A king-size bedroom and a twin zip-and-link room (which can be made up as a king-size on request) complete the sleeping arrangements. A centrally located family bathroom offers a walk-in shower, free-standing bath, and WC.

Outside and to the rear of the property, there is a fully enclosed garden with steps from the decked terrace down to a lawn area. On the decking, guests will find the relaxing sunken hot tub and garden furniture, all overlooking fantastic countryside views. A gas Weber BBQ is available on request. Guests can also enjoy the facilities of the on-site pub, including meals, takeaways and service packs, and they can even arrange for a private chef to come to the cottage.
