A waterside penthouse that sleeps four just outside Fowey, Cornwall. Its riverside views fill the gorgeous open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Two beautifully furnished bedrooms offer a master with a double bed with river views, and a children’s bunk room with TV, serviced by an immaculate bathroom. This property doesn’t provide its own parking but there is a carpark right below the apartment building and has weekly tickets available.
Organicafe sits right below the apartment and offers a wonderful selection of pastries, freshly prepared deli-style meals, and authentic Italian coffee. One of this apartment’s best features is its proximity to the Bodinnick Slipway which lies mere metres from the front door. Here, you can launch your own boats, kayaks and SUPs, or hop aboard the ferry for a day trip to Looe and Polperro. The ferry takes up to 15 cars but also welcomes foot passengers, so for walkers it’s a fantastic way to explore various coast path routes like the 3.7 miles from Polperro to Talland Bay.
Fowey is a charming, traditional seaside town with narrow, winding streets and a fabulous array of shops, that’s set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The jewel in its crown however, is its position right on the banks of the majestic River Fowey and Estuary which provides not only an incredible backdrop and beautiful scenery, but also ample opportunity for water sports like sailing, kayaking, fishing and boating.This apartment is situated on the third floor and has lift access up to the communal hallway

Free parking is also available on a first come first served basis opposite Squire’s Field on Park Road
Alternatively, a few minutes’ walk up to Station Road is where Station Yard Car Park is located. Please note that Cornwall Council tickets cannot be used here, and the Phone and Pay system does not apply
